Pumpkin soup

...Pumpkin Soup!

Made by the Duck who scoops up a pipkin of salt, and tips in just enough. (...)"

In sfarsit, am facut si noi, nu doar pisica, veverita si rata, supa de dovleac. Promisesem demult. :)

Supa crema de dovleac:

- 1/2 dovleac placintar (butternut squash) de cca. 1 kg
- 2 morcovi
- 1 pastarnac
- 1/2 telina mica
- 2 cartofi
- 2-3 ardei copti (kapia sau gras, rosu)
- 1 ceapa mare
- 2 catei de usturoi
- unt
- ulei de masline
- lapte
- smantana
- patrunjel
- sare
- piper
- kaizer (optional)

Se curata si se taie legumele, se fierb, se paseaza cu blenderul, se adauga unt, ulei de masline, lapte, smantana, patrunjel, sare si piper (toate astea, dupa gust) si gata. Dovleacul poate fi si el copt, initial asa intentionam sa fac supa, dar n-am mai avut timp. Ardei aveam gata copti, de la mama. ;)
Intr-o tigaie se prajeste putin kaizerul taiat bucatele. Cand este gata supa, se adauga kaizerul si se serveste.
